Steve Emma and Associates was initially registered as a firm on the 27^th August 1986 until July 2009 when it was up graded to a limited liability Company under the company and allied matters act of 1990.

Right from the inception of the company in 1986 our passion has been on local content of international quality. Since we did not have initially all the machineries to meet with the quality of our clients requirements, we had to fabricate under our supervision such components in outside workshops that have such facilities. The cost to us in most cases eroded our profits, hence we decided to acquire equipment and machineries of our own, in order to meet up with desired quality, economically.

The Company has over the years been carrying out the under listed services associated with the oil and gas industries, Iron and Steel Industries, Refineries and Petrochemicals, Breweries, NNPC, PPMC and other manufacturing and servicing industries nation wide.

Turn Around Maintenance of Warri Refineries and Petrochemicals WRPC (TAM).

Kaduna Refinery and Petrochemical (KRPC) TAM.

Services include major overhauling jobs and indigenous fabrication of most   mechanical spare parts instead of importation required for KRPC TAM 2009.

Mechanical spare parts design modification and manufacture

Fire Engineering Technology

Foundry products manufacture

Specialist oil services Engineering including cranes and Hiring.
